there are some, but they are mostly government run and geared towards low-income families.
depending on the age of your children, you might be able to find a kindergarted that will accept them for full-day classes.
if your kids are younger, the normal option for hong kong is hiring a live-in helper. this actually works out to be far cheaper than many full-day kindergartens.
