Anti-scar cream

My toddler had a bad fall and knocked his forehead 11 days ago While the pingpong ball-sized swelling subsided, I'm abit concerned about the scratch on his forehead turning into a scar Any recommendation of anti-scar cream for toddlers? Thanks in advance!
 
I wouldn't worry too much about scarring. My kids have both had really serious scratches, which then they keep picking at so always looks fresh, but after a long time they always heal.

Just that near to the current wound there is also a much smaller silt-like scratch he got more than a month ago and it seems to have stopped healing and looks uneven and scar-rish...And the recent one appeared to be 'inactive' so I'm beginning to worry that it's turning into another scar on the forehead My skin's rather scar-prone so I'm hoping to help him early to some extent in case his skin is like mine
