Anti lice shampoo/oil

would like to know if someone knows/has used an effective anti-lice shampoo or medication to kill both lice and nits. I have used "A-lices" shampoo once that I bought from Watsons but that doesnt seem too effective in killing the lice and the nits.

Im not sure if nit-nurse is available in your local store. when you search for them, they have a pretty good info about lice and nits
