Antental classes for 2nd time mums

Hi,

I am having my 2nd baby in 2 1/2 months and was wondering if I should bother joining an antenatal class - I've asked Matilda and they don't have any refresher courses. Although I only gave birth 2 years ago, I feel like I have forgotten everything!

Has any other 2nd time mums bothered with antenatal classes? Does anyone know of any "refresher" courses?

Check out Annerly Annerley - maternity and early childhood professionals in Hong Kong they have a birth breathing class which I attended with my first and there were a couple of second time mums at that.

I did an antenatal course at Matilda for my 2nd. It was my first hospital birth (first was home birth) and first in HK so I thought it would be useful - I liked spending some time at the Matilda in advance. I was thankful for the refresher and also met some nice mums.
