Hi, can anyone recommend antenatal exercise classes(that aren't yoga) in HK? Would anyone be interested in forming an informal group of expectant moms to get some moderate exercise together (eg walking)? I live on the north side of Hong Kong Island.
I power walk the happy valley race course at 7.30 2 - 3 times a week and hike the hillls on the weekend as well as a couple of yoga classes when I get to them
