Allergies specialist

Does anyone know of a PD allergies specialist in HK whose speciality is protein allergies? My LO (8 mths) has been diagnosed with milk and soy protein intolerance and seems to be allergic to chicken (i.e. meat protein) too! I'd like to check if there is anyone out there who could advice ?
