I am looking for aerobic / steps / body balance group classes between 2-5pm when my baby is usually napping. However, I've checked California, Fitness First, Modern, Philip Wain and all of them don't have group classes at those hours. Even though Physical do have classes during that time, I don't really like the environment.
Does anyone have any suggestions on any gym / clubs that have classes during those hours?
