Additional Vaccination

In addition to the vaccination provided by the Health Clinic, I would like to take my bb to private clinics for HIB, meningococcal vaccine, hepatitis A vaccine, Japanese encephalitis vaccine and pneumococal vaccine.
Do you know any pd that can provide separate vaccination for these?

I think more of the pd can provide separate vaccination. I use Dr Thomas Chan in Central, you can call to ask 2973 0968

I checked up a few pediatricians, but all they offer is package, which includes what public health clinic includes. So, seems what they offer is , either I do not include the additional vaccination that I want or I do all vaccination in package privately.
 
I asked my private Dr about a meningitus vaccination that is given as routine in the UK but not here and he said it was unavailable in HK.
 
My GP provided all of the above as we combined Australian schedule with HK. Don't know about Japanese encephalitis though

Dr Chan can give you good advise about the vaccination. BTW, I think another important extra one is Chicken Pox

I called up Dr. Thomas Chan. The nurse is very helpful, answered all my questions patiently. Good to know that they have vaccinations separately, so I can go to public healthcare and go to Dr. Chan for the additional vaccination I need, such as HIB, pneumococcal and rotavirus.
As for chicken pox, important, but probably a bit later, seems bb will be having too many jabs..
