Acne like blister on breast

I have been breastfeeding my LO for 6 weeks. We've battled thrush and fever, but today, I found a big acne like blister on my ribcage beneath my breast. I sweat a lot at night and I have to wear a bra to sleep otherwise I leak. I wonder if its irritation from the bra of BF related? Its quite painful but to me it looks like a huge acne.
 
I had something like that a little while back too. I think it was caused by sweating and bra irritation. I went to a paed who was also a lactation consultant and she gave me some cream to put on, and it went after a couple of days.
