6weeks- due in June 2016

[MENTION=4841]summersun[/MENTION]shine I've been going to the Flex pre-natal classes too! Maybe we were in the same one! I found it a little slow so have been going to the other Flex allegro pilates classes too.
 
[MENTION=98669]Ruthieisacutie[/MENTION] were you in yesterday's class? I agree it was really slow...i go to h-kore regularly so it was pretty easy too. I did appreciate the stretch and that one specific pelvic exercise though!
 
I've signed up for flex too but also found some good you tube videos for pre natal exercises!

Can anyone tell me what to expect at 7week ultrasound? Do I get a print out?
(Esp. With Dr Edwin Tan) Is there much that they can even tell at 7weeks, would we have been better just holding out till 12? Will a 12 week still be required?
Sorry for all the q's, it's on Monday and I'm suddenly getting nervous about it!
 
[MENTION=100033]Lucyveronica[/MENTION] I got a scan at week 7-It's an internal scan and you do get to keep the printout but don't expect to see baby's definition. But meeting the baby is very special!

From my experience it's worth it because Dr tam will tell you the size of baby and you will be able to see his or her little heartbeat! He will also talk about the test options available at week 12 =)

Dr tam is very thorough and will take the time to explain things for you and address any concerns or questions no matter how small or silly they seem (unlike some obgyn's who might make you feel a bit silly for not knowing or assuming *cough* LL) ... Last time I saw him (MC at 7weeks) my first appointment was over an hour and he didn't once rush me out the door.
 
Thanks ladies that's really helpful;) I guess it will all start to feel real when you actually see a heart beat....! He sounds really nice so hopefully a good choice!

Hi ladies
I'm also seeing Dr Tam. Seems a popular choice! I'm 8 weeks tomorrow! Due around 7 June. Would love to meet up and / or join a FB group. I'm also hoping to start prenatal Pilates and yoga next week at Flex. Very lucky not to have any morning sickness so far, but a few aches and pains and yawning my head off! This is my first - very excited!

Hello to all you fellow mom-to-be

This is Katherine and I'm due in mid June 2016. As this is our first time plus we're not very familiar with the prenatal care and how everything works in HK (read about public and private services and the differences), would be nice to know someone who's also expecting:)
