4 times a day! Once in every 4-5 hours! But seems not enough!

what makes you think she's not getting enough?

My son drank 8 oz per meal (3~4 hours in between) when he was 5 months old as well, he was > 90%/90%, so don't worry too much.

My baby drank that much too. She never would really stop drinking her milk, I just never gave her more. Also, have you started introducing rice cereal?
