2 year old birthday - lunch celebration

I am looking for ideas on where to take our two year for her second birthday. We have just moved to HK and she has not made any friends yet. We want to find somewhere to have lunch that also has an enclosed play area, gym or the like so that she can play with other children after lunch.

Does anyone know of such restaurants/places that does this?

In Australia you have these playground type places (indoors) with slides and balls and a cafe around the outside so you can still watch your child as they play.

There's the Wildfire in Stanley, which has Fantasyland on the weekends. They have a playarea and entertainment.

And there's Madisons in Pacific Place, that has a clown or magic show on the weekends too. Not sure about a play area.

Anyone been to either recently?

There's Ruby Tuesday @ Tai Koo Shing. There's a playarea which I think is only set up during the weekends. We went there for Sunday brunch in September.
