1st birthday party venue

Dear all,

Hope all is well! My baby is gonna turn one in a couple of months, and I'd like to throw him a nice birthday party, inviting around 10 other babies/families. Does anyone have any good venue suggestion on the Hong Kong side? Thanks in advance!
 
does your blding have a function room? at that age, that's all they really need - indoor playrooms can be overwhelming and most cannot particpate in it....or have in your apartment if you can fit everyone....
 
depending on your budget, you can have birthday parties at My Gym, Rolli Polli, etc. those learning centres...not sure of the prices though, but I've been to some and they are always fun.
 
The upstairs bar at Isola in IFC converts nicely into a function room during the daytime (doesn't look like a bar at all, has couches and other seating and space for young kids). They can cater simple food or more elaborate. Have been to a couple birthday parties for 1 and 2 year olds there and all were nice and enjoyable for babies and adults. The space is the right size for 8-15 couples and children.
 
Baby 1st birthday party venue

My baby boy would be turning 1 yr on 29th July. My husband and I would like to organise a nice birthday party for him. Any suggestions? Since we dont know much about Hong Kong, please give suggestions!!
 
1st birthdays are more for the parents than the kids (which is ok), but you may have a lot of friends with kids the same age... so questions are:
1) budget
2) any kids, besides yours? if so, what age?
3) time of day?
4) what day of the week are you looking to book?
5) do you want an "activity" or do you want a place where you can enjoy a drink with your friends while the babies/children play?
6) how many people do you expect?
