1st appointment with fertility doc

Going in for my first appointment tomorrow. What do I expect?
I do have 2 children and had a miscarriage last year. It takes me so long to get pregnant that we thought due to my age we would seek some help this time. I do chart, use ovulation kits etc so know when I do ovulate but obviously just something that doesnt work!
I am ovulating at the moment. Would the likely do an ultrasound and if they do, can they check all is looking ok?

Hope your appointment with your Dr went well. Our Dr was very patient with us and explained all the tests that he'd like us to do. These are the HSG (dye test) and Sperm. We haven't done either as we decided to try for a couple more months on our own.
