18 months vaccination?

I`ve just realised that my son will soon be 18 months and will be in need of his vaccinations, but since it`s been months since the last, I feel out of the loop and can`t remember what he should get. I checked some websites and they said the dtap-v(5-in-1?), is that all?
And from my memory, the gov`t clinics only do 4-in-1, so I best go to a private clinic? Are there any other shots that they need at this age?
Thanks, sorry about the brain fart...

I got the 5 in 1 at the private clinic. Also they can have the optional chickenpox one if you haven't done that yet... but I think they could have that any time after 12 months so you might have already done that (I haven't, running late on that one!!)

according to the immunisation schedule I have from the private clinic (i'm assuming it's based on the HKG)...at 18 mths you should have the DTaP-Hib-IPV (4th dose) and the Hepatitis A (2nd dose...1st dose was at 12mths)...and anywhere from 18-24mths, you should also get the pneumococcal (prevnar) (4th dose)....hope this makes sense! :)

Rani - I think that one is a bit out of date now... now pneumococcal is included, and also the DPT is replaced by DTaP-IPV (Hib is optional) - it's the same thing but also includes inactivated polio.

Some other things (like Hib and chickenpox) are optional extras...

I can`t open most PDF attachments on my computer - something screwed up with it.
But now I am remembering, the Pneumoccocal one as well. So that will be the only local clinic one. Then the 5-in-1 I`ll go to the clinic and will think about chickenpox. I don`t think we did Hep A, but will check his records.
Thanks!
