12months old growth spurt?

My baby started to wake up every 1-2hrly at night over the past few nights. And she crys and crys till I breastfeed her and she does drink quite a while and then falls right back asleep.
In the day she eats 3 solids, and her intake for both lunch and dinner has also substantially increase. I wonder if this is a growth spurt?? She just recoverd from illness (fever) about 2 weeks ago btw, is this related?

Sounds like a growth spurt. Perhaps you could increase the amount of meat you are giving her so that she will sleep longer. Are you also giving snacks mid morning and mid afternoon?
