10 week old baby with a nervous tic

My 10-week old baby has been having involuntary nervous tics in which he twitches his head to the right two consecutive times. It usually happens when he is just about to cry or when he's agitated. It's just like when you shiver when you pee, however, with him, his body stiffens a little then he twitches his head to the right two times. We know it's not because of his peeing because he shivers normally when he does pee.

It started when he was about 2 weeks old but has lessened somewhat recently. Has anybody else experienced this with their babies? What steps did you take regarding this?

In my opinion you should see a paediatrician regarding this without any delay. I hope its nothing to worry about but always better to get professional opinion about something that you feel is not normal.
