Please! Fisher Price Little People. Where!

Please! Anyone who has this info, I need it ASAP!

Where can I buy Fisher Price Little People and sets in Hong Kong? Apparently, Toys R Us doesn't carry them?! I was just assuming that they would carry this but I checked online tonight and no sign of them.

So, please, please, please, where can I find them?
 
b2b has a different brand as well (don't know about the actual fisher-price brand).... i have bought MANY sets for my playgroup and they are some of the most loved toys i have!

they are quite expensive, though.
 
Naw, I definitely want the Fisher-Price brand. Is there anywhere in Hong Kong that carries them or am I going to have to order them and have them shipped?
 
honestly, i'd have a look at what they have before you make up your mind... they are GREAT! i looked up the fisher-price ones on-line and they were soooo similar, i was quite surprised.
 
It's really hard to believe how outrageously expensive these toys are in Hong Kong--I was just looking at some of the websites (Toys R Us and the Toys Club) one. I didn't see postings for any Little People toys but some of the other toys are astounding in price! Like paying $800 HKD for a little plastic racetrack and one car when the exact same model costs maybe $200-300 HKD in the States. And it's even more ridiculous considering that these toys (most of them) are made just over the border in Shenzhen or Guangzhou!
 
In the States, the most expensive Little People set I could find online is about $50 USD which is less than $500 HKD--most of the sets are less than $200 HKD.
 
i have exactly the same problem with craft materials... outrageously expensive here, but in canada readily available at the dollar store... the darned things are made in china...it drives me buggy!
 
waaaaaa i did not know that this LP toys are so expensive in HK! my friend gave a set of F/P LP set to my son and he plays with it occassionaly and i was thinking to dump it to the green train....... now, i will keep it until he really not going to touch AT ALL :)
 
Thanka2 - I can`t remember which ones they were exactly, but most of the ones you listed were not there...one definitely was an island or beach theme - bc there was a palm tree. The other two kinds... might have had some sort of vehicle, or a farm implement. I`ll check at Toys r us for you - I can go to the mall today. I`ll also ask if they can order in a different kind.

thanka2 - In case you are still looking, I was at Toys Club today and they have the Little People airplane set and a tractor set for about $153.
 
Thanks, Portia. I actually did end up getting airport set at Toys R Us--it was the only one they had and it was covered in dust so that pretty much tells me how popular the toy is. :0) Thanks for keeping an eye out for this for me!
