live out helper wanted for nighttime babysitting

we are wonderdering if there is a helper available, who lives out, to help during the week with the night feeding of our 4 weeks old boy.
She must be trustworthy and should have a lot of experiences with babys/newborns. If she is trained as a nurse - that would be even better!

We are still looking for somebody to help out. We are looking for somebody who is experienced and very responsible!

We are looking for somebody who is between 30-40 years old - and knows how to handle a newborn like: how to calm him down, how to put him to sleep, preparing a bottle...listen to his needs. But also be aware of all safety things like: let him burb before putting him down, swaddle him safely, don't let him get to hot in too many blankets etc....
