Butter & Yoghurt for 7 mth old??

Hi, is it OK to mix butter with food for my 7mth old? he has been on solids for 1.5mths now. Any suggestions for which brand? Also, when should I start him on yoghurt (we make it at home with UHT milk...). thanks all!!

It's fine as long as you use limited amounts and also use unsalted butter -- I've used Lurpak and find it good. Not sure about the yoghurt though. Hope this helps.

i fed my baby yogurt since she was 6 months old... (started solids at 5) and she has one every day and loves it...

My baby loves yoghurt - just make sure you get natural yoghurt and not the flavored ones.

Hi, will try to start the yoghurt in a couple of weeks closer to his 8mths. We make it at home (natural, unsweetened), so it should be OK. thanks for the tips!!

may i know which types i should choose as my baby is under 1 year old and i'm advised not to give him dairy products...
