Kale/Collard greens

Dear Moms,

I need somehelp gettn collrd greens or kale.I usually buy the veggies from the local mrket or parknshop but i havent come across these two.
How do u call them in chinese?
I heard they are excellent greens and i have no idea how they look too.
I did chk the net but it didnt help.
Please help me find these.Where can i get them?
Please do tell me how to call them in chinese.

you can get kale in any wet market. It called "gai liang" in cantonese, looks like a thick darker green choy sum.

Yep, the English in Park'n'Shop is 'Kale'. I'd have said 'Gau lan'.

Note, Kale, unless organic, can be heavy in mercury.
