We just had Supreme Pest Control come out. They were recommended by the people who manage the complex. $950 to do the whole place for silverfish and cockroaches. They have a 45 day guarantee, but recommend an application every 3 months.
Insects in the tropics, who would have believed that possible??

Biocycle came highly recommended, but we've yet to make an appointment with them to come. They quoted around $2,600 for a flat of over 1,000 sq.ft. and this would include 4 applications to eradicate household pests (roaches, ants, etc.), including bed bugs. The chemicals that they use are supposedluy safe even for babies.

That would be four applications spread out over how long? Maybe we will look at those guys next.
And is your "over 1,000 square feet" the Chinese figure or have you measured every room? Your deal sounds good, unless your square footage of living space is less than 1,000 square feet.
Supreme handles other bugs (and snakes), we only needed the silverfish and roaches.

I've yet to get all the details, so I don't know how the 4 applications will be spread out.

"Over 1,000 sq.ft." is actually less (new building, so actual usable space is less), but Biocycle was not that specific. They just asked for total sq. footage. I will clarify with them about this. Thanks for bringing this up.
