Overdue and induction at Queen Mary

How much do the Queen Mary doctors wait after due date before inducing ?
Are they willing to wait if there are no serious risks to the mother & baby?

They give you an induction date at one of your last appointments at Tsan Yuk. Its 1 week after your due date.
