Developmental Pediatrician report and IQ Evaluation report

Anyone know where to do the assessment to have "Developmental Pediatrician report" and "IQ Evaluation report"?
The assessment is for my 4 y.o. daughter and requested by canadian embassy.
I have been referred to a clinic/centre in BOA tower and the package price is shockingly about HK$12k :wow::wow:
Anyone has a better recommendation? Thanks :smile:
